Cautiously Pessimistic ๐

Justification
The market is priced for perfection at a moment when rates are quietly tightening and momentum is stretched. The trailing P/E (price-to-earnings ratio) sits at the 90th percentile of its own 20-year history โ cheaper than this more than 90% of the time. The VIX (a gauge of expected volatility) at 15.22 makes protective puts cheap, and the 10-year Treasury yield has climbed 8 basis points in 10 sessions, adding quiet pressure on rich multiples. Use Healthcare's leadership and today's low VIX to buy inexpensive downside protection rather than adding fresh equity exposure.
Since the Last Issue
- RSI (momentum gauge) eased from the prior issue's 73.89 reading to 58.64 on the broader index, yet the S&P 500 sits just -0.91% from its 252-session high at 7,726
- Fear & Greed Index ticked up from 54 (prior day) to 58, deepening into Greed territory and reinforcing the complacency signal
- Healthcare led all sectors at +2.91% while Technology lagged at -0.61%, marking a clear defensive-growth rotation away from mega-cap tech
- XBI (Biotech) surged +3.63% to within 0.1% of its 52-week high, and ITB (Homebuilders) jumped +3.59%, both flagging pockets of aggressive risk-taking inside an otherwise cautious tape
